U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders shipping to a U.S. address will be shipped at the best shipping rate (USPS or UPS) including insurance for the amount of the purchase. All shipments are packaged in nondescript packaging. You may select Standard Shipping or Expedited Shipping. 

Each package is insured for the amount of purchase. Shipping price is based on item weight, packaging dimensions, and insurance amount.

Small (~10”x 6.5”x 5” or less) $9.99

Medium (~10.5”x 7”x 5.5” or more) $14.99

Large (~14.5” x 11.75”x10” or more) $19.99

Purchases over $400 shipping based on size and weight.

U.S. Standard shipping will take approximately 6-9 business days to arrive from the order date.

Expedited shipping will take approximately 3-5 business days to arrive from the order date and is only available for shipments within the U.S.

We cannot provide shipping labels for P.O. Boxes, international addresses, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and select U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam.

Orders placed after 4pm CT Monday through Thursday will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed after 4pm CT Friday will begin processing on Monday. Fulfillments are not processed on weekends and federal holidays. Depending on the shipping type, you should expect to receive your tracking details 3-5 business days before you receive the item.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping will take approximately 10-14 business days to arrive from the order date. We ship internationally with FedEx. Shipping fee is $75 for all international orders

Please note that LVL will calculate and collect Import Duties and Taxes at checkout for international orders so that customers do not have to pay the fees upon delivery of their order.

Delivery delays may occur due to external factors such as customs clearance. Items made of exotic materials cannot be shipped outside the US. No returns can be accepted on international purchases. All shipments are tracked.

We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed.
